1. Jump Africa Tours handle your booking details directly with the tour operators, NOMAD or ATC.

No payments are made at this stage. This is still a provisional booking only.

2. Once Jump Africa Tours confirm your booking, you will receive one of the following 2 options: NOMAD Tours – A Payment link ATC Tours – A Credit Card Authorization request

3. Once payment is made by you the client, your booking is automatically confirmed.

4. If payment for the provisional booking is not received within 7 days from booking, the booking will automatically be cancelled without any cancellation fee to the client.

5. Once payment is made and booking is confirmed, you will receive Confirmation of Travel Voucher.

6. If for any reason the client cancels the booking from here, there will be a cancellation fee. Please see the Cancellation Policy.
