1. Fill in the provisional Jump Africa Tours booking form in full as provided on the website.

2. Jump Africa Tours handle your booking details directly with the tour operators, NOMAD or ATC.

3. You are required to fill in the provisional booking and no payments are made at this stage. This is still a provisional booking only.

4. Once Jump Africa Tours confirm your booking, you will receive one of the following 2 options:
NOMAD Tours – A Payment link
ATC Tours – A Credit Card Authorization request

5. Once payment is made by you the client, your booking is automatically confirmed.

6. Upon booking confirmation, if the payment is not received within 7 days, the booking will automatically be cancelled without any cancellation fee to the client.

7. Once payment is made and booking is confirmed, you will receive Confirmation of Travel Voucher.

8. If for any reason the client cancels the booking from here, there will be a cancellation fee. Please see the Cancellation Policy.
